Meet the leadership team at Rock River Food & Beverage Solutions. With over 150 years of combined experience in the cheese, dairy and food industry, our team is familiar with the issues you face today and has the dedication and background needed to help accomplish your goals.

Bill Jaehnert

VP-General Manager

Bill has a sincere passion for the dairy industry and has owned and operated several dairy-related businesses. He has more than 45 years proven experience in the cheese, dairy and food industry.

Over the years, Bill has developed a strong understanding of HPP Processing (High Pressure Pasteurization). His expertise also includes food manufacturing, packaging, and custom development of food grade products including snacks, sauces, dips, confections, dairy, cheese and meats. 

How much does Bill love the dairy industry?
His personalized license plates reads: CHEESE. That says it all.

Mike Meske

Senior Plant Engineer
Mike brings over 22+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance trouble shooting, repairing and maintaining ammonia & boiler systems. He has a broad knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), OSHA, and EPA guidelines. In fact, Mike has proven knowledge in all areas of Safety Protocol, OSHA regulations, and HAZMAT, along with excellent team building and management skills.

Mike Novacovici

Operations Manager
Mike has held several senior management positions in procurement, supply chain, operations and general management over the course of his 30-year career in the cheese and dairy industry. He also has an extensive expertise in accounting, finance and ERP/MRP systems. Mike holds an MBA degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Katrina Jaehnert

Manager – HR Benefits & Administration
Katrina has over 25 years of proven working knowledge in HR, Benefit Administration, Sales and Marketing. She was President of a Women’s Business Enterprise Dairy Distribution company for 10 years. She has a wealth of knowledge working in the B2B Industry, and has been successful implementing process improvement systems to increase worker productivity throughout her career.
